President Biden met with about 100 supporters at the Dr. John Bryant Community Center in Racine, Wisconsin, one of two stops he made in the state in a day. After leading the crowd in singing Happy Birthday to one of the attendees, President Biden talked about the role Black voters played in his initial election as a U.S. Senator from Delaware, and about the issues he felt were at stake in the 2024 election.
