over vying for a spot -- to be a member of a world class drum corps -- based right here in eastern iowa. the dubuque colts holding auditions this weekend. kwwl's shirley descorbeth joins us live with more. shirley? i got a sneak peak of the audition process today. thereso however only 150 people will be able to join the corps. this weekend alone -- more than 200 of them coming here to dubuque to earn their spot. the dubuque colts -- consisting of a brass, percussion and color guard section. those auditioning here since friday...rehearsing hours and

"in europe the level of drum you have the camps, you move in and tour for about three months, so you'll be doing drum corps everyday. from the morning to the evening then go to bed." the level of dedication from these teens and young adults is enormous. once they make the team -- they rehearse for 12 hours a day i'm told this is so much more newsroom, shirley descorbeth, news 7 kwwl. the people auditioning this weekend will find out if they
