this morning, a jury is continuing deliberations in the case of makal -- michael slager. the shooting seen here was captured on cell phone video garnering national attention t. jury includes one black man and 11 white people in this state trial. they have been given the option to convict slager of murder, voluntary man slaughter or acquittal t. prosecution described murder as killing with manslaughter as unlawful killing in the heat of passion. slager has pleaded not guilty to a trial scheduled for next year. we are now 50 days away from donald trump being sworn in as the nation's 45th president. while preparations are under way. we are getting new reports of another high profile name floated for trump's candidate. sarah pal isn't being considered
